BERMINAT BUKA SYARIKAT "PERKONGSIAN LIABILITI TERHAD" (LLP)
Secara umumnya, Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad (LLP) adalah satu perkongsian dengan yang liabiliti terhad kepada setiap ahli kongsi. Sumbangan oleh rakan - rakan ahli adalah terhad. LLP juga tidak memerlukan akaun diaudit dan tiada Setiausaha Syarikat.
Untuk membentuk LLP, maklumat berikut diperlukan:
a) Nama yang dicadangkan LLP;
b) Jenis perniagaan dicadangkan LLP;
c) Alamat pejabat berdaftar LLP;
d) Nama dan butir-butir setiap orang yang akan menjadi rakan kongsi LLP;
e) Nama orang yang akan menjadi Pegawai Pematuhan LLP;
f) Jika LLP adalah untuk menubuhkan apa-apa amalan profesional, surat kelulusan daripada badan berkuasa yang dinyatakan sebagaimana dalam Ruang Ketiga Jadual Pertama Akta LLP 2012 hendaklah dihantar bersama-sama dengan permohonan ; dan
g) Maklumat lain yang berkaitan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh Pendaftar.

g) Maklumat lain yang berkaitan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh Pendaftar.

INTERESTED TO OPEN COMPANIES "LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP" (LLP)
Generally, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a partnership with the limited liability of each partner. Contributions by partners - fellow members is limited. LLP also does not require audited accounts and none of the Company Secretary.
To form the LLP, the following information is required:
a) Name proposed LLP;
b) the business of the proposed LLP;
c) The address of the registered office of the LLP;
d) The name and particulars of every person who will be a partner of the LLP;
e) The name of the person who will be the Compliance Officer LLP;
f) If the LLP is to establish such a professional practice, a letter of approval from the governing body, as specified in the First Schedule of the Third Space LLP 2012 shall be submitted together with the application; and
g) other relevant information as may be specified by the Registrar.
